Bilal Ahmet Kılıçarslan, Attorney and Certified Mediator, born in 1985 in İzmit, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2009. Following his graduation, he began his legal career within our law firm and has continued his entire professional journey under the same roof since then.
Throughout his 14-year career at our firm, he has developed deep expertise particularly in banking and finance law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and commercial law. He has gained extensive experience in areas such as foreclosure and pledge enforcement procedures, legal processes of commercial and individual bank receivables, lawsuits for annulment of objections, and schedule of claims and acceptance/rejection cases under enforcement and bankruptcy law. He has also specialized in overseeing and strategically managing these processes. Furthermore, he has significant experience in effectively managing complex litigation, including annulment of objections, schedule of claims under bankruptcy law, and commercial disputes arising from debtor-creditor relationships.
For the past 10 years, Kılıçarslan has served as a managing attorney, playing a central role not only in litigation and enforcement processes but also in internal organizational structuring, client relations, and strategic decision-making mechanisms. From team coordination and process supervision to knowledge management and digital transformation, he has directly contributed to the firm’s development in multiple areas.
