Ahmet Bartu Soylu, Attorney, born in 1998 in İzmir, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2022. While still a student, he began receiving parallel training within our firm, experiencing firsthand our work culture, discipline, and professional approach. By the time of his graduation, he had not only completed one of the most prestigious law faculties but also completed the "Sayın Law Office" training program. He also completed his mandatory legal internship under the supervision of our firm, starting his professional legal career with us.
He exemplifies the solid foundation of a lawyer “trained from the ground up,” combined with a versatile learning mindset and disciplined work ethic, making him a highly competent legal professional despite his young age. In particular, his practical knowledge, technical proficiency, and systematic approach in enforcement and bankruptcy law contribute significantly to the quality of services we provide to our clients.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Monitoring procedures at enforcement offices
- Preparation and follow-up of complaint cases in Enforcement Courts
- Participation in hearings and active monitoring of judicial processes
- Effective use of legal software programs
- Reviewing files prior to legal proceedings and preparing them for enforcement
- Initiating enforcement procedures via UYAP
- Obtaining and executing precautionary attachment orders
